"Les Cadeles"
are two authentic stone built gites with exposed wooden
beams on the top floor of a restored winemaker's house in the heart of a
village near Montpellier, Languedoc south of France.
The main
room comprises of the fitted kitchen area and the main bedroom with a
four-poster bed and access to the loggia (terrace). There is a mezzanine for the
children to sleep and play. The loggia is very pleasant with views of
the sunset and it allows for dining outside. There is also a bathroom
with a shower and separate toilet.
The gite is an excellent starting point where you can stay and discover, on
foot or by car, the
surrounding areas : Lac du Salagou, Séranne Mountain, St Guilhem le
Désert, Gorges de l'Hérault, Vallée de la Buèges, Cirque de Navacelles
and the cities of Montpellier, Béziers, Pézenas and Sète. You can also
visit the Coteaux du Languedoc vineyard.
"Petite Cadèle" (sleeps 2 - 3) and "Grande Cadèle" (sleeps 2 - 4) can
be rented
individually or together by families or groups of friends.
We are a few minutes walking distance
to the restaurants, boulangerie, café and supermarket.
